The Lists come in a standard .csv file format. You can use this file format in Excel, Word etc on PCs, Macs, Linux and other platforms. You will be able to download your List and save it to your computer after you place your order online.

Direct Mailing Lists - If you purchase a Direct Mailing List, you will be able to download your .csv List file directly from the website after you place your order and then save it to your computer or email it to your Printer/Colleagues.

Email Lists - If you purchase a List that contains Email Addresses, you will not be able to immediately download the List.

After you place your Email List order online, you will not be able to immediately download your List. After you place your order online, we clean your Email List one final time. This final cleansing & verification process takes about 2-4 hours during normal business hours. This process ensures that you only receive the most valid, up-to-date email addresses. After your list goes through this final cleansing and verification process, we will email you your cleaned-up list as an excel/.csv file. If we remove any email addresses, we will issue you a credit or refund you back for the difference. On average, we remove 0-10% of the emails on your list.

Mailing Label PDF File : We can convert your .csv List file into a print-ready, mailing label PDF file. This format makes it quick and easy for you to print your List onto mailing Labels.
